ELEPHANT transforms the annual greeting ceremony into a festive and digital family reunion, co-hosted by CEO Laurent Boillot and Stéphane Bern.
Every year, Hennessy brings together its 1,000 employees for the New Year’s Eve ceremony. A moment of cohesion, conviviality and sharing between the management and all the teams. With the health crisis, such a meeting was impossible and the traditional greeting ceremony had to be held digitally. The main challenge: how to recreate, through a screen, this moment of cohesion and communion that is highly anticipated by the teams?
The challenge was all the more important as this was the first ceremony for Laurent Boillot, who was appointed to head the company at the beginning of 2020, and who had to present his strategic vision for the next 10 years to the teams.
With Hennessy, we chose to offer a real television show in a very premium format, co-hosted by CEO Laurent Boillot and Stéphane Bern and with the presence of many employees.
This one-hour live show, filmed in the heart of the business, in a warm “family reunion” atmosphere, and set to music by an orchestra, was seen by all of the company’s employees, either from their homes or collectively from the various Hennessy sites.
This was a high point in the life of the company, and all the teams enjoyed it.
