With every case that is dismissed due to the perpetrator not being denounced within the right time frame, victims are left to live in denial of justice. Flavie Flament meets victims who can attest to their abuse and their struggle against the statute of limitation. She describes her own rape that took place over 20 years ago. She was a victim of the photographer David Hamilton, who she did not report.
